The hotel was absolutely amazing – spacious rooms, clean spaces, calm atmosphere, and a very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay, and honestly, everything felt just right. But then… the plot twist: after filling out a form at check-in, I was charged an extra €50. No clear explanation, just “part of the process.” A little city tax here, a little mysterious form tax there… No worries though – now we’ve learned the game! We’ll be sure to introduce the same technique back home for our foreign guests: “Welcome! Please fill this form… and here’s a surprise fee, just because.” Total stay? From €450 to €500. Was it worth it? Yes. Was it funny? Also yes. Lesson learned? Absolutely. Everything else – perfect!

We were in the center of florence, everything was very clean and we had everything that we need. In adition of what was written in description and photos, there was one aditional double bed which realy helped us, group of 7 to stay comfortable. Wifi was very good and also there was 4 air conditioner so we had cool air in the property always. Totally recomended!

The apartment is in a lovely old building, very spacious and well appointed. The neighbourhood is very interesting and arty, with lots of good bars and restaurants, inc. the terrific trattoria downstairs. We appreciated having a dryer as well as a washing machine.

The location is incredible, easily able to get to all the main attractions in Florence in a quick walk. Loved the water, tea and coffee available. It was very easy to gain entry to the property using the phone number provided and then the code. Check in and check out were easy to organise on the portal and all the information was available in one place.
