Very nice staff, the room is simple but really great. The location is amazing and the roof top is a great plus ! Spacious room and bathroom with a lot of equipments (kettle, safe…)

In the center of Firenze, close to everything, the terrace with a view to the Duomo is a very nice detail. Staff very helpful, really, all you need is there.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Excellent location in the heart of the historic centre Quiet room with blackout blinds and shutters Nice smelling toiletries in the shower

Great, excellent location, comfy bed and good size room. Felt very safe, loved so much can't back again during our trip. We did have to walk up a number of stairs with bags, although they had a bag ramp which was a bit of a novelty. Would definitely recommend.
