We chose this hotel due to its location, close to SNM Station, and the many excellent reviews, both of which we agree with. Luciano and Susan are fabulous hosts, showing great care of their guests. Our room was large, quiet and well appointed, with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning was available, but we found we needed neither additional heating or cooling. The bathroom was spotless, as was the room itself, which was surprisingly large for such an old building. The shower was hot. We cannot fault this hotel, and would happily return and recommend.

It was a great choice for our long weekend trip in Florence. The appartment was close to the station making it more convenient for us to visit siena and pisa. I would recommend and definitely come back for my future visit in Florence.

Room is clean and huge ,historic style hotel. Perfect location to go to all the tourist places Lucio and his wife were nice. Thanks that we can leave the luggage after checkout. Hairdryer is unique.
