15 minutes walk from the railway station or two tram stops. Generally quiet. Restaurants 5 - 10 minutes away including an excellent Indian!. Hop on - off bus at the same distance. Great to enjoy the breakfast choices on the outside terrace.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The hosts were responsive and checking in was smooth. Would highly recommend.

easy to find and good location. 10 minutes walk from the train station. On arrival I was met with Lorenzo's mother who couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. showed me to the room and made me a coffee. the room was super clean and turned over every day. the room had good WiFi and Aircon. I travel to Florence often for work and will be staying at B&B The Lux in the future.
