We stayed at B&B Santa Maria del Fiore for a few nights and had a good experience. The location is great—quiet but still within walking distance of the main sights in Florence, including the Duomo and several good restaurants and cafés.

The area was lovely, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a perfect location when visiting Florence, it took us around 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Florence. One night we ate in a lovely Pizza restaurant around the corner, this was reasonably priced and very tasty
