Great location, right in the heart of the city and super close to all the sites. And the balcony was amazing - loved having my morning tea overlooking the city.

The location was excellent in the centre. It had a lift to the 2nd floor. The bedroom was clean. There were communal tea and coffee making facilities and some biscuits. We were shown the room and the entry system. Great place to stay

Amazing location – right next to the famous church in Florence! The room was big and comfortable, and there’s an elevator, which made things so much easier. Great place to stay!
