the staff was very helpful, giulia managed to find me a convertor for charging and an ironing board. the breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were comfortable and very beautiful. the whole place is so well-decorated and is in a good part of the town, we never felt unsafe. thank you for everything!

We liked everything about our stay. It was comfortable, nice space and so very clean. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful with information about the city. Highly recommend this place.

This is an old building with a lot of charm and fine architecture. The location is close to Pitti and to the city centre, but the street is quiet. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.A perfect combination.
