We loved staying here, it was a fabulous location, super clean and the lady that runs it was so helpful and welcoming!! It was so clean and there is a lovely square directly behind the apartment which has some lovely restaurants and a bar with reasonably priced drinks much cheaper than in town. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet: our room was at the front of the building but we heard very little noise at night. This is a key factor for me when choosing holiday accommodation and Beatrice excelled in this respect. Large walk-in shower with plentiful shampoo and shower gel. Very friendly and helpful young lady at reception (Beatrice?) told us about the history of the building and organised a taxi to the airport for us. Excellent location just across the river from central Florence. Santo Spirito is an interesting neighbourhood with a wide range of shops, cafes and places to eat.

The location was ideal, short walks to the main sights but away from the noise!! Found the area very safe! The bed was comfy and the air con was welcomed in the warm weather!

The owners are very kind and responsive! Clean and comphortable room. The location is perfect to reach by foot the city center.
