Contact with the Halidis Team and with the host Giacomo was efficent. They quickly replied to messages and communication was easy. We found the apartment very easily because it is close to Santa Maria Novella station. It was convenient because the location was only minutes away from popular tourist attractions. The kitchen is supplied with all the utensils and appliances you need. The bathroom is supplied with all of the necessary items. Further, there is always hot water. The bed sheets and towels are clean and the beds are decently comfortable.
