The fine print
A deposit equal to the first night of stay is required at the time of booking. This amount is refundable with 48 hours cancellation notice.Only 2 people of any age are allowed in a room with just one bed. No more than 4 people of any age are allowed in a room with 2 beds. Babies of any age count as a person. We do not have any rooms for 5 or more guests. Children are not allowed in spa rooms.Cribs, roll-away beds, or sofa beds are NOT available.Early check-in is not available.The lobby closes at 22:00. If you are arriving after 22:00, contact the property for special instructions.There are stairs only; no elevator is available.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice clean room with a bay window with some river view through the trees separate from the bedroom was very nice to sit and have a chat. A kitchenette was also a nice bonus to make some tea, coffee, warm up food, toast bread. Important to us all windows could be opened and had screens.

At top of small hill within easy walking distance to riverfront and its good restaurants. Attractive room with separate kitchen. Great base for exploring the Oregon Dunes NRA.
