Everything in the house is of a high quality: towels, bed linen, plates,... The closets in the bedrooms are very big and have a lot of space, There is a big TV set in each room and also a big bathroom in each bedroom, with two washbasins in the rooms for four people, plus one in the entrance. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is very big with a big fridge, dishwasher, and very well equipped with enough plates, glasses and cutlery for everybody. The whole house is spotless clean. The house has a very nice patio/garden, a terrace, and a sauna, which we didn't use. It also has a huge closet with all kinds of cleaning utensils. All the windows are double-glazed and insulate. The people at the reception are very friendly and willing to help at all times. The house was much better than I had expected. When you arrive they give you a list with everything there is in the house and give 24 hours to check if everything is there and in good condition. The area is beautiful and in good location. You can easily visit places like Hallstatt, Salzburg, Zell am see, Lake Konigsee, Werfen, Salzkammergut in an hour or a little bit more. If you don't have a car, like was our case, you can still do it but it is a little more complicated. We were invited to dinner one night at a close restaurant and it was just wonderful, apart from being a really nice gesture which I am really grateful for. We were provided with the Flachau card, which, among other things, allows you to have a free ride in Starjet I and II. Just a reminder: this is a house you rent, not a hotel; so, you are not supposed to get shampoo, soap and staff like that. In summary, it was a fantastic place, much better than I had expected, and I will be back.
