The location was perfect for our overnight stay before a flight out of Rome! Although only a short drive to the airport in the morning, during our stay we did not feel "close to an airport" - the area had a relaxed feel and we were able to make good use of the beach just a five minute walk away from the house, as well as having plenty of dinner options in the area. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the secure off-road parking was great. The host was very welcoming and gave very clear information about the area and instructions for an easy early-morning check out. A wonderful and very practical stay - would definitely stay here again!

Very nice villa. Quiet. Nearby a bus stop. Time to get to the centre of the Rome throught Ostia - about 1h 20 m. Very helpfull housekeeper (big thanks for help us with transfer to airport).

The location is perfect as it is very close to the airport. The staff host was very friendly and professional, and also took care of the transport to and from the aiport.
