We we stayed one night in Rome, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. However, we arrived late and had difficulty reaching the owners to check in despite giving prior notice. It was a bit stressful at the time, but once we got in, everything else was fine.

Close to airport. The owner was very helpful, hospitable and kind.. She also gave us a better room. We could use the kitchen and help ourselves to tea and coffee.
