Host was friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food. The rooms were cleaned. Good location. Had beautiful views and the pool was excellent to have during our stay.

Our stay at this hotel in Santorini was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff members Margarita and Christos. From the warm welcome with smiles and drinks upon arrival to meaningful hugs on our departure, they really made us feel like family. Their personalized recommendations for excursions and the joyful conversations we shared forged bonds that transformed our vacation into something special. Every morning, they remembered our preferences and greeted us with friendly smiles, creating a warm atmosphere that felt like home. As we left, the heartfelt farewells and promises to stay in touch left us with cherished memories and connections we hope to maintain.

Before we even arrived, the staff were responsive and helpful via messenger. From the moment we got there, we were warmly welcomed by the team. Although this might sound off-putting at first, I want to highlight how well the staff handled a situation: our first room had a sewage smell. As soon as we reported it, we were immediately moved to a larger, clean room with no issues, and were later offered a complimentary late check-out as an apology. On arrival, we were also greeted with a complimentary bottle of bubbly, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was clean, spacious enough for three people, and included a private hot tub that was cleaned daily. The location was excellent - just a short walk to Thira’s main square. Margarita was especially helpful with local recommendations and travel tips. Breakfast was buffet-style and changed daily, which made it fun to try something new each morning. The main pool area was beautiful, peaceful and never too crowded. Thank you Margarita, Christos, and the entire Callia Retreat Suites team for such a great stay!

Margarita, Christos and all of the staff were really welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay! The room and pool area were both stunning and the bar by the pool was also lovely. The hotel is also situated in the perfect location to be able to relax away from the crowds but also have Fira right on your door step.
