I liked the owner of the place who was always around during the day, very friendly, always smiling, very responsive and was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The Pool area was nice and overall it was a good stay. However I think the word hotel can be a little bit deceiving not to Kasaba's fault but it does set a certain expectation that is not met. Calis beach is great, lots of nice restaurants and shops and activities to book. Check Ibrahim Bey for activities a min from Mado. Rooms were clean, breakfast is OK but it is almost the same every day, friendly staff, I would recommend it as long as you know this is not a traditional hotel setting which isn't a bad thing. The photos provided are exactly what you will find at the hotel.

The accommodation was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the owner was very hospitable. The beach and additional restaurant options were within an easy 10mins walk
