As soon as we got the to resort we were promptly upgraded to a honeymoon suite. The room was incredible! The pools were perfect, and the bars were always available and easy to order from. The staff were so lovely and helped with any request we had making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious! We were particularly happy with the variety of food on display. The many facilities and activities available meant we never got bored and were always entertained. It was my birthday, and without even telling the staff, they surprised me by decorating our room and gifting us wine and deserts. It was so amazing! We very much plan on coming back next year!

I had a wonderful stay at Jiva Resort and Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, the entertainment was fun, and the rooms were very comfortable. It was my first time visiting Fethiye, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. I’ll definitely come back for future trips. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from all staff. Beautiful facilities. Special mention to the lovely restaurant manager Bahri who went above and beyond during our whole stay and who made our dinner at the restaurant extra special- thank you Bahri!
