Good location in a quiet street a short walk from the city centre. Some care is given to their garden and having potted plants around the exterior. Room was clean on an upper floor, host was friendly and looks like he spoke only Turkish (my friend spoke some, so that helped). Hot water in shower, clean beds, a nice enough stay. Access to kitchen and a large fridge.

Location was great, close to the water. Bed was comfortable enough. There was AC in the rooms and also lockers with padlocks to secure things.
