Everything. Riad Semlalia is very special. If you like art and design you will LOVE this place. The interior is truly beautiful. The family who own it live there and they are so welcoming and make you feel like part of the family. Their attention to detail was second to none. Abdul, who was our main contact, was fantastic; very attentive, caring, extremely helpful and considerate. We had pre-booked day tours with an external company but wished we had booked through the riad as their services seemed far superior. The breakfast was substantial and very delicious. The rooftop pool was a perfect haven during the heat of the day. I highly recommend Riad Semlalia!

Staying at this riad felt like stepping into a dream—every detail is beautifully curated, with a sense of quiet luxury throughout. The architecture and interiors are breathtaking, blending tradition with elegance. The atmosphere is serene, and the service is flawless. Along our journey in Morocco we had overall a very nice experience we scored 9/10. If there is one place that deserves 10/10 it's this family riad in Fes. Everything was simply amazing, we had an experience that exceeded our expectations. The location was quiet and safe, few steps out of old medina. Food was great, the staff and owners the kindest and most helpful people! Especially Salem, the owner son :) Our room was luxurious and carefully cleaned every day. We took their guide around Medina and we will never forget Abdhil, our guide who gave us the loveliest experience walking around the 9.000 small streets of Fes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
