Our stay at Riad Darif felt like being at home. We were welcomed by the owner, Ahmed, who spent time talking to us about his home and the city, and gave us advice on some tours. Of course with a cup of delicious Moroccan tea and cookies. The property is just like you see in the pictures, extremely beautiful and very clean in all shared spaces, as well as the rooms. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake as we visited in the summer and it was very hot. Taking a dip in the late afternoon was amazing! We also had lunch and dinner at the Riad on a couple of occasions, the food was delicious and it was very convenient to eat there after a long day doing tours. The Riad is also in a quiet area of Fes. Youssef the receptionist helped us so much in arranging our tour of the city and the car transfers from Rabat and back. Zakaria also prepared breakfast in boxes for the early morning departures of our tours. Shukran!

The Riad itself is very luxurious and well maintained. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is plenty and good.
