The most important thing for any traveler is to have a clean room with comfortable bed and clean sheets. Other important things such as clean towels shower and bath room comes second in my opinion. But to have all that with working air condition and a TV is certainly a bonus for the price. The breakfast is extra. Despite the location of the Riad in the old town I can say it was the best value for money anyone can find in Fes. I will go back whenever the opportunity present itself.

I relly liked property, room was clean and beds were good, toilet clean and had toilet paper, soap, shampoo. Breakfast was deliciouse and there was a lot to choose from. They have terrace with beautiful view to the city. Stuff was very helpfull and kind. Definetly will come back
