Comfortable (apart from the roof beams I banged my head on several times!) well equipped room and comfortable bed. Coffee and breakfast items provided. Good, quiet location, walking distance from the city centre. Good value for money. Lucia is very helpful. A bit much at times but she means well.

Lucia is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. We were able to get a ZTL pass for our car with her help, and could leave the luggage right at the hotel. There is free parking very close to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and large with everything you need (coffee machine, fridge, minibar items, teas, kettle, microwave, hairdryer). The decor is very tasteful and the wooden ceiling is beautiful! It's very close to many restaurants and bars and everything is walking distance. I will definitely stay there again when passing through Ferrara next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming place, it truly felt like a little slice of heaven. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect ambiance. The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind, making the experience even more special. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful stay, love this hotel so much! Great location in the old part of town, perfect area to be in. Quick walking distance to lots of locations. Super clean and comfortable bed.
