The location was close to everything. The room was spacious but also beautifully eclectic. The additional features of an indoor and outdoor communal area was a huge bonus. This is without a doubt the best place we have stayed in our Italian trip this year.

There was a technical issue with my bedroom door during check-in, but manager Roberto did everything he could to meet my expectations to get out for a concert within a restricted amount of time. Specifically, I could shower there, while he was cleaning another room, making a comfortable bed ready for my return by midnight: great effort and very good job by him, much appreciated.
