Just book it! I liked everything about the house! The design, the location, the facilities, really everything I recommend a thousand times this little house Ferragudo is an amazing place as well and you have Portimão just 15min away Plus, it was amazingly clean!! We’ll come back 🤞🏼

This is an unique accommodation and the feeling was just "wow"! Casa Helena is brand new from head to toes. Furnished with such a good sense of taste and all details were perfectly mixed to create an awesome experience. We spent 7 nights and really felt sorry that we had to leave. The House is just as in the pictures and even better! The top point is definitely the huge breathtaking and welcoming terrace, it is far the best we had in 15 years of traveling! Casa Helena is a perfect accommodation to visit the Algarve and worths the money 100%. Marta, the owner, is very helpful and we had a great communication with her. Everything super smooth for check in check out. Also, we received very good instructions and To Do recommendations from Marta. She is paying attention to all details from start to end and you will see this when you will go yourself. It is situated in a very nice zone of Ferragudo, close to the port, restaurants and central area where you find anything you need or want. Also, a Lidl close by with 5min car travel. As a base point for visiting Algarve coast, Casa Helena is also perfectly situated, since Ferragudo is approx in the middle of the Algarve, next to Portimão by 10 min car drive. You can easily drive 1h to extreme points of Sagres or Aljazure, or the other way around to Faro. Between these you already know that there are a bunch of other cities you can visit and to which journey is even shorter. For us, 1 week was not enough, we would have stayed more but we already plan visiting again and of course choosing the same accommodation. Also, there a lot of parking spaces nearby, all free. You will find even by night. A little bit harder in the weekends when the centre gets crowded and many cars are parked but i managed to always find a spot even in these situations. Also, after midnight half of the cars are leaving so if you parked a little bit far you can move your car closer in just few hours when only residents remain in the area.
