The staff members were really nice, helpful and always motivated. Each morning we could make extra orders in terms of eggs, tapiocas or other things and everything was nicely served. A big plus was also that the receptionist spoke excellent English which helped me a lot (however I was traveling with a Brazilian friend). The rooms were really nicely decorated and everything was clean. In general the entire place was super modern compared to other pousadas or guesthouses that we saw in the town so this was a big plus for me :)

The staff is incredibly attentive, especially Carol, who goes above and beyond to assist with everything. She provides fantastic tips and recommendations, is always available to help, and even takes care of dinner reservations if needed. Truly the best hotel manager ever! The breakfast is homemade and absolutely delicious. At the reception, there are always homemade cakes, cookies, tea, and coffee available throughout the day, which adds such a warm and welcoming touch.
