Initial room was not as big as it looked in the photos so we had to upgrade. Front desk staff was excellent, and Andrea was exceptionally helpful and friendly and competent. She should get an immediate raise as she is invaluable - 20% minimum.

It was close to many shops and bus stops. The food was very good and the staff were very nice and accommodating.
