The apartment is very nice and clean with everything needed for the comfortable stay. A terrace overlooking the mountains makes it very cozy. The pizza restaurant nextdoor is also a nice bonus, delicious food can be ordered directly to the apartment and it is delivered very quickly. Farchant is a charming town very close to wonderful hiking trails. We would certainly recommend this place for the stay.

The region of Garmish and Farchant is absolutely beautiful, many possibilities for hiking and biking. A lot of hike trails start from Farchant. There are groceries shops nearby and a pizzeria right in the building. The flat is big and kitchen had everything you need. The terrace is also nice with amazing views. The only minus which I can mention and was mentioned also in the past reviews, but unfortunately not solved by the owner, are the beds. Both the living room sofa and the bedroom bed are very uncomfortable to sleep. If you stay for one or two nights it may work but we stayed 5 nights and it left us with a terrible back pain. Anyway overall I would recommend the accommodation and hope the owner will change the old sofa in the living room and repair the bad from the second room.
