The location is fantastic 10 mins walk to Meanporth beach or a short drive to Falmouth town..

Private and secluded annexe at bottom of well maintained garden. If you want peace and quiet with wonderful views and coastal walks and beaches and stunning coves round the corner then this is the place. Myself son and dog had great time last week thank you so much. Many apologies for not emptying fridge on departure totally forgot thanks again

Fantastic space in a lovely garden with large lawn looking out to sea. A 10 minute walk to the beach and easy access into Falmouth by car. The staff were all very friendly. We would love to stay again!

The property is in a great location. The annex is at the end of the garden of the hotel, very secluded and quiet. Very clean and comfortable for three people. It has all the facilities for self catering, although we enjoyed eating out . However, having the sun setting in front of the annex was lovely for a glass of wine before going out for a meal. Unfortunately internet connection is very poor in the annex, which could be a problem if you need it . I was quite glad I didn’t have the temptation of social media. There is good connection in the hotel where you can work while you have a coffee or a drink. I really wish I had found this property before. My daughter lives in Falmouth and finding accommodation has always been difficult for a decent price.
