Nice large sitting room with view. Owner sorted out a minor issue very promptly & was very generous with welcome pack/provisions. The owners have clearly spent a lot of money on refurbishment to this property & there are some nice touches. Liked the on demand hot water. Good location for access to Penryn & Falmouth. We walked into town from flat - a good hike uphill & down.

Very clean, beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable. Good location, quiet (good double glazing) even though near main road. The flat is well-equipped which made the stay easy.
