What a lucky find for 3 nights in Falmouth. It was an immaculate 5* accommodation in every aspect with free parking on the premises too. Rooms are modern and a good size with everything you need for a home from home stay. The breakfast was superb and location spot on and close to the beach and town. Liz the owner and her mum Olive were so warm and welcoming we will definitely stay again.

The room as light airy and spacious. Comfortable bed and it close to the beach which is a massive plus Very friendly staff and the breakfast was very tasty and everything is run efficiently

Clean spacious room with all amenities.Good parking and a reasonable walk to town.Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for our host.Would stay again without a doubt.
