Great and comfortable apartment close to the beach, shops, bars en restaurants in Faliraki. - Welcoming reception by Anna - Fresh fruit and drinks on arrival - Airconditioning in all rooms - Nice cold tub outside - Deck chairs, dining table and chairs on the terras - Change of clean towels during the week - Private offroad parking

The villa's location is excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to the top of Bar Street but before that, you come across numerous excellent restaurants, our favourites being Oinos, which had great Greek food with the staff being so welcoming and Bistro Italiano which was always busy, serving the best pasta!! There are also a couple of small grocery shops, car hire, gift shops and a bakery. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk which again has lovely restaurants and bars. The beach can be stoney in places, but nothing too bad. If you turn left out of the villa and walk up to the main road you will find Alambama sports bar, again they are so friendly. There are also 2 or 3 supermarkets and Cafes/restaurants. We only used Gregorys which is a bakery we found serving vegan greek pastries and the best slushies. Also here is the bus stop which will take you to Rhodes Old Town or in the other direction to Lindos. If you want to hire a speed boat I would recommend Rock my boat. Its about a 30 minute walk but you could get the bus or if you have a car there is a car park. We had the best day, we hired a boat for 5 hours and visited Anthony Quinn Bay, Ladiko Bay, Traganou Beach and caves. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The jacuzzi was just what is needed to cool down in the heat, comfortable beds and lounge area with air conditioning throughout. We arrived in Faliraki the day before the wildfires were reported on in the UK, so knew nothing about them. Anna was excellent at keeping us informed about what was happening regarding them and the power cuts we experienced from time to time. We found her extremely friendly and helpful, organising a taxi for our return flight and giving us useful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to go back in the future to see more of this beautiful island.
