Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connection. I assumed that because I had booked 2 nights I could just turn up the next day, which was not the case! Despite this, when I arrived at key West the following day after missing our first night they still checked us in no problem which was a massive relief after travelling from Ireland and having to sleep in the airport. Very friendly and helpful.

Charming and quiet hotel, spacious comfortable clean rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff, nice patio, ideal location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Fairhope and highly recommend.
