Do not enter the postcode for Holland Hall, as this will incorrectly direct you.Please note that there are are no TVs in the rooms.Please note that rooms are strictly non smoking.There are only two blocks with lifts and therefore a limited number of accessible rooms available. If you have a specific request, please state this at the time of booking.Free private parking is available and is subject to availability on the day.Please note late arrivals after 23:00 need to be arranged with the property in advance.Maximum 5 rooms per booking, under the usual terms. If booking for more than 5 rooms separate terms and conditions will apply and these will be sent with additional details requested. These details must be supplied within 48 hours (or prior to arrival, if less than 48 hours), in order for the booking to be honoured.

Everything about the stay was great, comfortable bed, great breakfast, helpful staff, great view from the room etc. For people coming by car the location is great, however for people like us relying on public transport, be aware that there is an uphill walk even from the university bus stop to Holland Hall. The good thing was that buses were frequent!

Beautiful location, at a top of a hill with a beautiful view. 20-30 minutes away from Exeter centre by foot (a beautiful walk, but it's a climb...). Reception closes at 23.00 and I arrived later due to a flight delay, so I had to phone University security to check me in, which they did after 20 minutes (phone number was on the door). I knew about this and about the risks of checking in late and I was happy that all worked fine in the end. Otherwise, the room was clean, breakfast and facilities were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.
