Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.Pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. Perfect location for our needs, easy to find. Really friendly staff. Room was spotless (apart from a bit of mould in the shower silicone) Easy checkin/out

Minimal staff but excellent and all that was needed, perfect location, good price, room had everything I needed, good parking, if in the area again it would be my first choice.

Hotel looked tired from the outside, but room was large, separate shower and bath, as well as air conditioning plumbed in, which was a godsend with the recent heatwave. Staff were also very helpful.

Up to date tidy room, plenty of parking and well located for nearby concert at Powderham castle. Easy to find and easy to get to Exeter from here.
