Location. I was visiting my student child who lived 2 minutes from the property. Lots of appliances. Well maintained. Decent towels. Clean appliances surfaces and spotless bathroom.

Nice stay and good nights sleep, easy check in and great location, good space/ size - only issue is I could not get the shower to work!

The shower was good and the kitchen had everything you'd need (though we didn't cook).

Location is great easy walk into town centre also to Central and St James Park stations for day trips north and south.
