Perfect location for exploring the surrounding area, few minutes from the main Road but in a quiet rural area. Apartment spotless and very cosy, nothing too much trouble for the owner's . Local pub 2 minutes walk away, Ley arms. Would certainly recommend. Thanks for everything.

The location..liz and her husband are very welcoming. Nice touch was biscuits and tea/coffee... milk&water in the fridge....the apartment is very modern. Clean..and very quiet and peaceful...great for travelling to nearby seaside towns and Exeter City shopping plus museum.

Property was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and warm, and all kitchen utensils that we needed to prepare simple meals were provided. Our hosts Liz and Chris were friendly and helpful. Liz even went 'above and beyond' when we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant after finding the local hostelry fully booked. She phoned round several places to find one that could seat us and then phoned them back after our agreement to book for us - many thanks for your help Liz. It was a lovely relaxing weekend - with surprising unseasonal weather being warm and sunny all weekend - something I desperately needed after just leaving hospital after another round of extensive cancer treatment. I can highly recommend this property. Thanks again to Liz & Chris
