This farmhouse is in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location, with views across the fields. The décor inside is very quirky, which gives it a lot of character. The beds were comfortable and the bedding top quality. We loved the fact that when we arrived on a wet afternoon, after a disrupted journey, the log burner was already lit and the lounge lovely and cozy. We also appreciated the thoughtful provision of recently-published magazines and thoroughly enjoyed making use of the pool table. The owner, Nick, who lives in an adjoined section of the farmhouse, is a good source of tips about local pubs, and we had a lovely Sunday Roast at a pub he recommended. Thank you Nick!

We had a fabulous time in this truly lovely farmhouse. The accommodation is perfect - cosy yet spacious, old-time charm with modern facilities, rural location within easy reach of towns/pubs/train station. Not to mention the delightful host, Nick, who was always helpful and very flexible with check in and out. I would definitely return and indeed am already planning my next trip!
