Rooms looked great - have just been refurbished and bed comfortable Location is good We had problems with room contents not working..and asked for a new one. This was not offered immediately It was offered some hours later on our return from our evening meal.. but it was just too late to change. . Manager came to personally see us the next day and yes offered us a free drink from the bar

Pristine hotel close to Town Square. (Taxi to Flixbus Station only 4 Euro). Lovely gardens and pool area. Dinner in restaurant and bar very tasty. Staff friendly and professional. (A special mention to Rafael at reception who helped with a tricky situation).
