Room with balcony at front of property was lovely. Balcony with outdoor furniture and deck chair was private with views across the lake to Lausanne (seen when standing). Room, pool and facilities were very clean. No airconditioning but a fan was provided. Ventillated shutter could be pulled down to keep room cool. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was delightful albeit a little expensive. Location was only a 10 minute walk down to the shores of the lake (uphill coming back so may be a challenge for some). Hosts were very friendly and helpful with very good suggestions for local attractions to visit.

I really loved this hotel, it was warm, welcoming and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly! The highlights are the pool, the breakfast and the lady who ran the place, she was super helpful and accommodating. Beautiful rooms, friendly, decent price. Friendly guests, great if you are travelling alone! If I was fitter I would be back in a heartbeat!

Everything was exceptionally!! Every area of the hotel, rooms, pool and the gardens were spotlessly clean. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Close to the town, restaurants & shops etc One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend
