Please note that upon booking the property will send the guest a contract agreement that must be signed and sent back to the property via email within 3 days. Please note that from November 1 until May 31, electricity is not included in the room rate and will be charged depending on usage. The electricity charge will be deducted from the security deposit.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

House is located right by the lake. However it might have been because of the hurricane the previous week, but the stairs down to the dock were broken and we had to climb down via another path. Second floor of the house is very nice and a great place to chill :)
