The view is awesome! The owner called me a few days in advance, met me there, and was generally very communicative and hospitable. I'd love to be there in summer to use the grills and patio furniture that overlook Mt. Meeker and Longs Peak!

Location was ideal for us - away from traffic noise and crowds. The owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. Close to the marina where we went kayaking. Has a nice view of Estes Park. Was able to see elk in the meadow close by during the evening. Price was reasonable.
