We enjoyed a wonderful four week stay at Balcón del Mar Estepona in October. The location is great, a couple of minutes walk from the harbor and a nice stroll to the center of Estepona old town. The apartment is really nice. For one week we were four adults and a little baby, and it worked great. Nice to have the washing maskin. We really felt “at home” and it was always nice to come home to the appartement after a day’s activities. Thanks Bruce and Andrea for your service. Hope we have a chance to come back.

The host was helpful in relation to meeting us at the apartment to handover the keys and information about housekeeping, the location of the apartment is close to the harbour and restaurants.

Apartment was very clean . The area is really nice plenty of bars a restaurants in walking distance . And the beach is across the road basically . The pool area is very quiet also

Very clean comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Pool was clean and not busy.Bruce was an excellent host and responded quickly to any queries we had as well as giving useful advice on what to do and see. Parking was easy, location was great with supermarkets and bars/restaurants nearby, yet it was still a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.
