This apartment is in an excellent central location. It is bright, spacious, well-equipped and very clean. Lovely views overlooking the sea and some spectacular sun rises. We loved the balcony (just room for a small table and two chairs) where we had lunch most days (January). The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. There is a large utility room which was excellent for drying our clothes on a rack with a large fan heater after getting soaked from a heavy downpour.

The apartment is in a great location with a sea view, easy walking distance to restaurants and the old town. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, shower was great and the beds very comfortable. Loved the balcony and the view. Kitchen was well equipped, could have done with some oven gloves though ! The host was really friendly and helpful. We managed to park 6 days out of our week in the new council building car park for €3 a night but one day there were no spaces and we used the large underground car park closer to the apartment which cost us €19! The old town is very pretty and we spent a whole day exploring, we visited the orchid house €3 per person , ate in The Grill House restaurant along the sea front which served great food with lovely staff . The supermarket is a 5 min walk away with a huge Carrefour mega store 5 min drive away . Highly recommend this great apartment, no negatives at all.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this apartment and we love the location, the cleanliness, the decor and Luis Felipe is so kind and helpful. It’s the perfect spot in Estepona for the beach and the Old Town.
