outstanding stay and great location close to citadel. All the staff is extremely professional and kind. I just want to give a very very high positive comment for HADEEL; she was just incredible to help me organize my 5 days trip in Kurdistan, and she did everything possible to make my stay at EIH unforgettable. She really deserves many many thanks for the way she has welcoming and helping guests.
