Stayed here before, so the location is beautiful, seeing the horses for their morning exercise on the Downs. Seeing the lights of London at night. Room, as required and spotless. Breakfast is superb; cereal, juices, tea/coffee, then full English and now with bacon - great. Easy for parking. The staff are efficient and friendly, nothing is an effort. We will continue to visit again.

Parking was free, plenty of spaces. Rooms spotless, breakfast good, plenty on offer.. location perfect as visiting epsom downs races, lovely views of the downs.

Location and parking is great. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
