We also stayed overnight at Holmes Cafe and Pension the weekend before and we were glad we had made a second booking. Our hosts were so welcoming, kind and helpful. We had lovely evening meals and excellent breakfasts the next morning. Our room was warm and comfortable and we had a good rest after a long journey. Another guest there during our stay was a returning visitor and we hope to return in the future.

It's a kind of thematic inn, like you were in Scherlock's club :) The hosts are very kind folks. The menu of the restaurant has asian and austrian items too. The ones we ate were very tasty, was one of the best, if not he best diner on our bike tour.

Superb location on the banks of The Danube. Very convenient for those cycling the Donauradweg as we were. Manfred, the owner, was very attentive and pleasant and even cooked me a special breakfast. The room itself was plain but just what we needed. We were slightly out of season (29th September) so it was quiet.
