The place is beautifully appointed and really looked after. The accommodation had everything we could have wanted and is perfectly located. It really is a little hideaway in the best part of town. The little courtyard was an added bonus. We were using public transport and the train station is an easy walk and the excellent 700 bus service leaves for Portsmouth from the square less than a minute away. (just remember it stops on the main road on the way back). So it was a great location for visiting the Mary Rose and the Roman palace at Fishbourne on way to Chichester. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It is very well appointed and well equipped. A little slice of heaven tucked behind the main street; peaceful and comfortable. Each room was spacious and well designed. An aspirational home.

Perfect location, spotless clean, lovely decorated little House in Emsworth high Street. Pubs, restaurants, shops, groceries on your doorsteps. Few minuts walking to the harbour. Bus to Portsmouth in front and train station 10 min walking. Direct train to Gatwick airport and London. Easy to find and good comunication with the host. We will return for sure. 😍
