The fine print
Please be advised that Millers House B&B postcode is not found on some Sat Nav systems. Should guests not be able to find it please use the postcode for New Bright Road, PO10 7PS. Once guests arrive do not enter New Brighton Road, but look for Northlands Park, which is clearly sign-posted and has Millers House B&B sign at the entry.The property will allow check-in outside of normal hours by prior arrangement. Check-out is until 11:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely welcome by the host, beautifully decorated room and ensuite, well stocked mini bar, comfy bed, table and chairs on patio outside our room. Excellent breakfast choices. Ideal location and close to Emsworth centre.

Superb in every way. Great, friendly host; lovely welcome. Accommodation is is exceptional - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great en suite with a wonderful shower. And a superb breakfast. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Emsworth village. Highly recommended. Would certainly stay here again. Possibly THE place to stay in Emsworth.

This is property is a very secluded gated community within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and other facilities. The room and provisions provided are of a very high quality and the room is comfortably maintained. Margita was very accommodating in relation to our breakfast requirements which were beautifully presented and delicious.

Just everything: the owner was so attentive, the room had everything I needed and breakfast was delicious and an absolute work of art! The private patio was a nice place to sit in peace at the end of the day!
