Great view from the room. Most of the staff were great except for the grumpy older man at the desk who seemed to be in charge.

The view from room 403 was breathtaking - we could never tire of looking at it! The bed was good, sprung mattress a bit bouncy - but that’s a personal thing. The pillows were lovely. The air con very welcome. They are building a pool on the roof which should be done by September and will be a lovely addition. The hike up the hill is fine - but you can take a tuk tuk for 500LKR if you want. We stayed 3 nights and managed to do everything on the tick list, Ella rock. Little Adam’s peak, Tea factory tour, Secret Waterfall. Breakfast was very good, and they provided a pack lunch box for our onward journey as we were leaving early. In particular we would like to thank Kavindu, Suresh and Madha for making our trip to Ella one we will never forget.

Really nice find. Only a few minutes walk to the main centre of Ella. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming - they resolved any issues we had quickly and without hassle. Kavindu in particular looked after us very well.
