The staff were very nice and willing to help. Provided breakfast for an early departure. We were a party of 12 so very good effort by the kitchen staff and waiters. Food was good and plentiful. The view from the dining area is beautiful. Short walk uphill to shops and restaurants. Staff helped with luggage to and from the premises. The painted ceiling in our room.

I stayed in Ella for 4 nights and was so happy I chose Ella Rock Heaven. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the town center, yet quiet, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of Ella Rock. You can easily walk to Little Adam’s Peak and Nine Arch Bridge. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – I truly felt like a princess. Special thanks to Supun, who went out of his way to help me arrange transport to Colombo when my original ticket didn’t arrive. He made sure I got there safely – such care means a lot! Also, they don’t try to upsell anything – laundry and tuk-tuks are offered at local prices. Highly recommended – beautiful place, and even more beautiful people!

The view was serene, with a rooftop cafe with a perfect meal breakfast, cleanliness on point and the staff in particular Eranda, would definitely recommend this place for family couples and solo travellers.
