A cozy, very clean place with a lot of character. Great rooftop. Comfortable beds. The owner and his family are very friendly. Everything is very close, especially railway and bus station. You can tell they do it with love, and if I’m ever back in Kandy, I’ll be happy to return here. I extended my stay because it really feels like home.

The owner Indica is a very sweet and generous host. He is great at guiding and helping with doubts and recommendations. The room is safe and clean. I had a very comfortable sleep. Well worth the money.

I had a comfortable and clean stay in this facility, which is located in a central and beautiful location. It offered a pleasant hostel experience. The family that owns the facility was very caring and friendly. They also offer a delicious and filling breakfast. I definitely recommend it for travelers.

The owner and her kids are so sweet! They kindly let me cook in the kitchen. Cleaning was done daily in the bathroom but the bedroom had a dead cockroach, multiple ants on the mattress (dead and alive) and black mould all over the white pillow which was spotted when I removed the pillowcase. They are genuinely a lovely family but the beds are not kept to a healthy standard and I had a very uncomfortable sleep because of all the insects on my bed. The owner did her best to remove them when I mentioned it but during the night more came and were crawling on me :(. Once the rooms are cleaned more thoroughly, this place has significant potential.
